乡土性与现代化的融合:县域社区业主自治的行动逻辑研究

摘　　要：作为伴随着城市化高速发展而出现并壮大的一种社区类型,县城商品房社区虽然外观上已经具备现代城市社区的模样,但其内在却呈现出一种浓厚的“乡土本色”。通过深入研究江西省S小区业主自治的个案,发现“乡土性”资源的激活对小区业主的联结起着关键作用,并在维权运动的持续互动中,增进了小区邻里认同,重塑了小区邻里情感,构建起了“乡土与现代融合”特征的邻里秩序。通过小区邻里体系的乡土性重建,推进业主自治,明显提升了社区治理的治理效能。这也为健全共建共治共享的社会治理制度,建设人人有责、人人尽责、人人享有的社会治理共同体提供了社区方案。As a type of community that emerged and grew along with the rapid development of urbanization,commercial housing communities in the county have the appearance of modern urban communities,but they present a strong“vernacular nature”inside.Through an in-depth study of the owner’s self-governance of the S community in Jiangxi Province,it is found that the activation of“vernacular”resources plays a key role in the association of owners.And in the continuous interaction of the rights defense movement,it enhances the neighborhood identity,reshapes the neighborhood emotion,and builds up a neighborhood order with the characteristics of“fusion of vernacular and modern”.By rebuilding the vernacular nature of the neighborhood system and promoting owner autonomy,the governance effectiveness of community has been significantly enhanced.This also provides a community solution to improve the social governance system based on collaboration,participation,and shared benefits,and to build a community of social governance in which everyone has responsibility,everyone is responsible,and everyone enjoys.
