摘  要:语言技能融合型国际教育援助是中国借鉴国际组织和其他国家教育援助所开展的自上而下的改革,也是孔子学院职业技能培训特色化办学实践自下而上总结而形成的中国方案,代表性的实践路径就是“中文+职业技能”。实践运行中,语言技能融合型国际教育援助应遵循融合多元目标、调试多元权责和立足多元基础的主体多元逻辑,追求共同利益、服务内生发展和共创援助资源的本土适应逻辑,重塑价值准则、强化过程监督和融合援助内容的效用机制逻辑,平衡远近目标、构建良性生态和培植和合关系的持续发展逻辑,以科学的政策规划、精准的项目设计、优化的实践管控、坚实的保障跟进和闭环的评估反馈,引领语言技能融合型国际教育援助健康有序可持续发展。Integration of language and vocational skills in international education Assistance isa top-down reform carried out by China based on the international education assistance from international organizations and other countries and is also a Chinese solution formed by the bottom-up summary of the Confucius Institute’s practice of running vocational skill training with Chinese characteristics,and the representative practice path is“Chinese+TVET”.In practice,integration of language and vocational skills in international education assistance should follow the logic of subject pluralism,which integrates multiple goals,debates multiple rights and responsibilities and builds on multiple bases;local adaptation logic of aid resources based on multiple foundations,pursuing common interests,serving endogenous development and jointly creating;the effectiveness mechanism logic of aid content from reshaping the value criteria,strengthening the process supervision and integrating;the sustainable development logic from balancing the near-term and long-term objectives,building a sound ecosystem and cultivating harmonious relations.With scientific policy plan,accurate project design,optimized practice control,solid follow-up and closed-loop evaluation feedback,we will lead the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of integration of language and vocational skills in international education assistance.
