摘　　要：酸枣仁为我国首批药食两用品种,是养心安神要药,中医临床上治疗失眠的首选药物。传统炮制研究与现代药理学研究表明,酸枣仁油是酸枣仁发挥镇静催眠作用的主要生物活性成分之一。酸枣仁油含丰富的脂肪酸类、酯类、醇类、烷烃类等化学成分,但提取方式、产地、采收期等因素均会引起酸枣仁油出油率、化学成分数量及相对含量的变化。酸枣仁油无毒、无致突变作用,具有镇静安神、抗抑郁、抗肿瘤、降血脂、抗氧化等多重药理活性,使其在药品、食品、化妆品等领域开发前景广阔。本文对酸枣仁油的提取方法、化学成分、药理作用及可能机制等方面的研究现状进行汇总分析,以期为酸枣仁油的开发利用及进一步研究提供参考。As an important traditional Chinese medicine with medicine and food homology recognized by the National Health Commission of the People′s Republic of China, Ziziphi spinosae Semen(ZSS) is not only an essential medicine for nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind, but also the most widely used herb for the treatment of insomnia.Chinese materia medica processing research and modern pharmacological research have confirmed that fatty oil of ZSS is one of the main biologically active components of ZSS to exert sedative and hypnotic effects. There are many chemical components in the fatty oil of ZSS(ZSS oil), mainly including fatty acids, esters, alcohols, alkanes, etc. Factors, such as extraction method, production area, and harvest period, will cause changes in the oil yield, chemical components quantity and relative content of ZSS oil. ZSS oil is non-toxic and non-mutagenic. ZSS oil has a variety of pharmacological activities, such as calming and tranquilizing, anti-depressant, anti-tumor, hypolipidemic effect, and anti-oxidation, making it promising in the fields of medicine, food, cosmetics and so on. In this paper, the research status of the extraction methods, chemical components, pharmacological effects and possible mechanisms of ZSS oil was summarized and analyzed, in order to provide references for the development and utilization of ZSS oil and further research.
