摘　　要：通过将中医外科学中疮疡病与现代临床医学中消化性溃疡进行类比,采用异病同治及分期论治的原则,对消化性溃疡进行辨证论治。同时在继承和发展不同医家的治疡思想基础上并结合现有临床研究的实验基础,从疡立论,提出了“补脾土以托疡”“顺气血以调疡”以及“重调护以愈疡”的治疡三大原则。通过对外科方剂托里透脓散加减治疗消化性溃疡病案进行分析,说明治疡三法在临床的重要意义。By comparing the ulcer disease in traditional Chinese medicine surgery with the peptic ulcer in modern clinical medicine,the principle of treating different diseases at the same time and treating by stages is adopted to treat peptic ulcer according to syndrome differentiation.At the same time,on the basis of inheriting and developing the treatment thoughts of different doctors and combining the experimental basis of existing clinical research,from the point of view of the disease,we put forward three principles for the treatment of the disease:“replenish the spleen and soil to support the disease”“smooth the Qi and blood to regulate the disease”and“pay attention to the treatment of the disease to heal the disease”.Through the analysis of the cases of peptic ulcer treated with modified surgical prescription Toli Tuonong Powder,the clinical significance of the three methods of treating ulcer is explained.
