摘　　要：杏仁油是一种天然植物油,它是从杏的种仁中提取出的高附加值产品,市场前景广阔。该文对杏仁油的提取工艺和应用进行阐述,分析各提取工艺的优缺点及目前应用的局限性,并对杏仁油未来发展方向进行展望。Almond oil is a kind of natural vegetable oil,which is a high value-added product extracted from the kernel of apricot and has a broad market prospect.This paper expounds the extraction process and application of almond oil,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each extraction process and the limitations of current application,and prospects the future development direction of almond oil.
