摘  要:黏度是制浆废液的一个重要的物性参数,在各种类型的化工生产装置的工艺设计计算中都需要加以考虑。黏度是液体分子间内摩擦力的一种体现,而这种内摩擦力同时受到分子结构、位置和分子间相互作用力等参数来决定。基于这种相互作用的复杂性,本文在实验测量的基础上通过实验数据建立经验公式。通过测量分析制浆废液黏度与温度的关系,并且分别测量废液中木素、半纤维素、灰分、固含量和乙酸的含量,通过拟合分别分析单个因素对黏度的影响情况。最后,综合考虑所有影响因素进行拟合,分析并得到经验公式。Viscosity is an important physical property parameter of pulp waste liquid, which needs to be considered in the process design calculation of various types of chemical production devices. Viscosity is a manifestation of the internal friction between molecules of liquids, and this internal friction is determined by parameters such as molecular structure, location and intermolecular interaction force. Based on the complexity of this interaction, the empirical formula was established on the basis of experimental measurements. The relationship between viscosity and temperature of pulping waste liquor was measured and analyzed, and the contents of lignin, hemicellulose, ash, solid content and acetic acid in the waste liquor were measured respectively. The influence of single factor on viscosity was analyzed by fitting. Finally, all the influencing factors were combined to fit, analyze and get the final empirical formula.
