摘　　要：目的开发符合我国社会文化和咨询治疗体系的中文版简短心理咨询和治疗评估表(sPaCE)并验证其信效度。方法引进英文版sPaCE进行翻译汉化、专家咨询讨论及通俗度检验,形成与英文版量表条目和计分方法相同的中文版sPaCE 19个条目。采用便利抽样方法,首先纳入294名来访者(样本1)进行测试,并对结果进行验证性因子分析、条目分析和探索性因子分析,形成修订版sPaCE 15个条目;另外选取123名来访者(样本2)采用修订版进行评估,同时完成中国人健康问卷(CHQ-12)和中文版临床疗效评估量表(CORE-OM),以检验校标效度;最后抽取100名来访者进行1周后重测。结果(1)样本1(6因子结构)验证性因子分析:卡方/自由度(χ^(2)/df)=3.337,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.089,平均方差抽取量(AVE)为0.641~0.798,组合信度(CR)为0.851~0.923;样本1(4因子结构)验证性因子分析:χ^(2)/df=5.137,RMSEA=0.119;AVE值为0.641~0.684,CR值为0.876~0.928。条目分析步骤未删除条目。经过4次探索性因子分析,最终形成2个因子共包含15个条目的修订版sPaCE,KMO检验值为0.947,Bartlett球性检验值为3922.351,自由度为105,P<0.001,15个条目的共同度在0.432~0.893之间,旋转后的各条目在相应的因子载荷为0.617~0.880,2个因子共能解释71.633%的总方差变异。(2)中文修订版sPaCE总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.957,分半信度为0.928;各因子的Cronbach’sα系数为0.924~0.956,分半信度为0.925~0.951;量表重测信度为0.715(P<0.001)。(3)样本2(2因子结构)验证性因子分析:χ^(2)/df=3.746,RMSEA=0.097,各条目的标准化因子载荷为0.623~0.939;AVE最小值接近0.700,CR均>0.900,两个因子间相关性系数为0.680,小于AVE值的平方根0.899和0.804;总分与CHQ-12总分的相关系数为0.838(P<0.001),与CORE-OM总分的相关系数为0.903(P<0.001)。结论中文修订版sPaCE信度和效度总体较好,符合心理测量学要求,可应用于医院心理咨询机构。Objective Our country is in a period of rapid economic and social transformation coupled with the obvious acceleration of people’s pace of life,resulting in increasingly prominent mental health problems.Under the guidance of national policies,psychological counseling has flourished vigorously.Due to the lack of evaluation tools related to the effect of psychological counseling,the evaluation of the effect of psychological counseling and the development of related research work have been constrained to a certain extent.How to evaluate the effect of psychological counseling effectively and objectively and identify the psychological state of visitors in multiple dimensions is a major challenge faced by psychological counselors and psychotherapists.In this study,the shorter Psychotherapy and Counseling Evaluation(sPaCE)compiled by Dr.Jeremy Halstead,an honorary lecturer at the University of Leeds and consultant Editor of Psychotherapy Research has been innovatively introduced.Characterized by clear factor structure,high reliability,sensitivity to changes,non-cumbersome entries,usage convenience,and simplicity,this scale is widely used in the UK;the copyright of sPaCE has been obtained by Dr.Mark,a British expert from Chongqing Mental Health Center,and it was translated and sinicized for use among the Chinese population.This study is committed to developing a Chinese version of sPaCE that conforms to our country’s social culture and counseling and treatment system,and to verify its reliability and validity.Methods The English version of sPaCE was introduced for translation and sinicization,and the scale was translated and revised after obtaining the authorization of the original author.Firstly,based on the Chinese cultural background and language expression habits,under the premise of maintaining the meaning of the entry unchanged,a team of 2 psychiatrists,3 psychology experts,3 non-professionals and 1 professional English translator was formed to translate the original English text into Chinese version.Secondly,t
