摘  要:目的提取壁虎中抗肿瘤的有效成分,并对其抗肿瘤机制进行初步探讨。方法新鲜壁虎经过酒精浸泡,粉碎、过滤、旋蒸、抽滤,有机溶剂萃取。在细胞实验的指导下,利用高效液相色谱法分离后,最终提取分离到具有抗肿瘤作用的活性成分。通过大鼠角膜袋实验对其抗肿瘤的作用机制进行初步研究。结果实验提取的壁虎抗肿瘤活性成分有较强的抗肿瘤作用,并可以抑制由VEGF诱导的角膜新生血管的生成。结论该方法可以提取到壁虎中的抗肿瘤活性成分。该抗肿瘤成分能够通过抑制新生血管的生成达到抗肿瘤的作用。Objective To extract effective anti-tumor components from gecko,and explore its anti-tumor mechanism preliminarily.Methods Fresh gecko was soaked in alcohol,crushed,filtered,steamed,filtered,and extracted with organic solvents.Under the guidance of cell experiment,the active components with anti-tumor effect were finally extracted and separated by high performance liquid chromatography.The mechanism of its anti-tumor effect was preliminarily studied by rat corneal pouch experiment.Results The results showed that the anti-tumor active ingredients extracted from gecko could inhibit the corneal neovascularization induced by VEGF.Conclusion This method can extract the anti-tumor active components from gecko.The anti-tumor component has the effect of anti-tumor by inhibiting the production of new blood vessels.
