综合行为干预疗法治疗学龄期儿童慢性抽动障碍临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合行为干预疗法(CBIT)对学龄期儿童慢性抽动障碍(CTD)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月~2020年12月就诊的学龄期CTD患儿37例为研究对象,随机分为研究组(综合行为干预组)和对照组(氟哌啶醇组),应用耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)分别于治疗开始前、治疗后1个月及3个月进行评分和疗效比较。结果3个月后两组患者YGTSS抽动与发音评分较基线评分均有统计学意义,研究组VS对照组抽动评分:10.56±4.00 VS 10.53±4.19(P=0.982);发音评分:7.75±3.15 VS 7.76±2.05(P=0.988),两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CBIT治疗学龄期儿童CTD患者效果不劣于标准的药物治疗。Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive behavioral interventions for tics on school-aged children with chronic tic disorder(CTD).Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,37 cases of school-aged children with CTD in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University were divided into the research group(CBIT group)and the control group(Haloperidol group)randomly.Yale Global Tie Severityb Scale(YGTSS)were conducted before treatment and 1 and 3 months after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the motor tics scores and the vocal tics scores were statistically significant.The motor tics score of research group and control group were 10.56±4.00 and 10.53±4.19(P=0.982).The vocal tics score of research group and control group were 7.75±3.15 and 7.76±2.05(P=0.988).The differences of the YGTSS score were not statistically significant between two groups after the therapy(P>0.05).Conclusion CBIT may be an effective treatment for school-age Children with CTD.
