法与警双向度建设司法警务执法类课程探析——以《法院执行实务》课程为例

摘　　要：司法警务专业执法类课程是高等职业教育司法警务专业的专业核心课程。该专业培养的是理想信念坚定,德技并修、全面发展,主要面向法院和检察院,能够胜任保障司法审判安全、司法裁判文书强制执行等的高素质实战型警务人才。为充分体现该专业培养目标的“法”与“警”的双向特征,[1]以《法院执行实务》课程为例,从课程定位、建设现状和立足“法”和“警”双向度建设等方面探索执法类课程的教学改革与实践。Law enforcement courses are the core courses of the judicial police major in higher vocational education. This major cultivates high-quality practical police talents with firm beliefs and experienced skills,mainly for courts and procuratorates,who are competent to ensure the safety of judicial trial and the enforcement of judicial judgment documents. In order to fully embody the two-dimensional characteristics of“law”and“police”of the professional training goals,the course of Court Enforcement Practice is taken as an example to explore the teaching reform and practice of law enforcement courses from the aspects of course orientation,construction status and two-dimensional construction of“law”and“police”.
