摘 要:针对设计的一种轴箱内置式转向架,介绍了其结构特点及主要悬挂参数,基于UM仿真软件建立了相应的车辆动力学分析模型,分析了车辆的运动稳定性、直线运行平稳性和曲线通过安全性。研究表明,轴箱内置式转向架不宜采用斜向布置的抗蛇行减振器,会降低其临界速度。此种条件下,应采用纵向平行布置方案,增大两侧减振器的横向跨距能有效改善车辆的运动稳定性,同时将原设计轴距由1.6 m增至2.3 m,可提高临近速度至600 km/h左右,有效保障了车辆运动稳定性。相对于电机轴悬式和轴箱外置式方案,采用架悬式电机悬挂和轴箱内置式布置,可使轮重减载率降低8%~17.8%,其运行平稳性和安全性同时得到了保证,优化后的转向架在直线和曲线线路上具有较好的动态适应能力。For the bogie with built-in axle box,its structure characteristics and main suspension parameters are introduced.Based on the simulation software UM,the corresponding vehicle dynamic model is established.The motion stability,ride comfort in straight line and running safety in curves are analyzed.The research shows that the diagonal arrangement of anti-yaw damper should not be applied in the axle box built-in bogie,which can reduce the critical speed.In this case,the scheme of damper parallel to bogie longitudinal axis ought to be adopted.The increases of the dampers lateral distance is effective to improve the vehicle motion stability.The critical speed can increase to about 600 km/h if the wheelbase increase from original 1.6 m to 2.3 m.Comparing with the results of vehicle with axle hung traction motor and built-out axle box,the wheel-load reduction rate could reduce 8%-11.5% when the bogie suspension motor and built-in axle box are applied.And the ride comfort and running safety are guaranteed.The optimized bogie has better dynamic adaption in the straight and curve lines.
