摘 要:基于正交试验法优化了液体发酵云芝糖肽的水提醇沉提取工艺。通过提取时间、料液比、提取温度与提取次数等单因素分析,建立了4因素3水平正交试验方案,确定了液体发酵云芝糖肽的最佳水提醇沉提取工艺为提取时间120 min、料液比150 g·L^(-1)、提取温度95℃、提取次数3次,在此条件下,云芝糖肽得率为4.2%。此工艺可为功效成分云芝糖肽的工业化提供参考。Based on the orthogonal test,the extraction process of liquid fermentation Coriolus versicolor glycopeptides by water extraction and alcohol precipitation was optimized.Through single factor analysis such as extraction time,solid-liquid ratio,,extraction temperature and extraction times,a four-factor and three-level orthogonal test scheme was established,and the optimum extraction process for liquid fermentation of Coriolus versicolor glycopeptides was determined as follows:extraction time 120 min,solid-liquid ratio 150 g·L^(-1),extraction temperature 95℃,extraction times 3 times.Under this condition,the yield of Coriolus versicolor glycopeptides was 4.2%.This process can provide reference for the industrialization of the effective ingredient Coriolus versicolor glycopeptide.
