摘　　要：药品生物检定技术是药品质量与安全专业一门重要的核心课。新冠疫情期间,教师把握课程特点,利用线上教学优势,借助THEOL网络教学平台,辅以适当的课堂管理方法,线上教学活动得以顺利开展。分析课程在改革与实践过程中取得的经验和存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,以期为本课程的后续教学和其他课程的线上教学的改革方向提供有益的借鉴。Drug bioassay technology is an important core course of drug quality and safety specialty.During the COVID-19 epidemic,teachers grasped the characteristics of the course,made good use of the advantages of online teaching,used the THEOL network teaching platform,and assisted the appropriate classroom management methods,so that online teaching activities were carried out smoothly.This paper analyzes the experience and problems in the process of reform and practice of this course,and puts forward corresponding solving measures,in order to provide useful reference for the following teaching of this course and the improvement direction of online teaching of other courses.
