摘 要:电站锅炉集箱是电站设备中最重要的部分之一,在电站的运转过程中因长期使用,其管道内会逐渐积累金属碎屑和尘土等杂质,严重影响电站设备的正常运转,甚至发生管道损坏泄漏等事故。而锅炉集箱管道的清理工作十分复杂,一般的人工清理很难实现实际效果,因此,管道检测清理机器人技术应运而生。管道机器人能够实现在管道内的灵活移动,并对管道内部结构进行检测清理,为工作人员带来了许多便利。本文对管道机器人进行了详尽分析,具体介绍了当前电站锅炉集箱在使用中存在的问题,希望为今后的技术研发提供参考。The header of power station boiler is one of the most important parts of power station equipment,due to long-term use in the operation process of the power station,impurities such as metal chips and dust will gradually accumulate in the pipeline,which will seriously affect the nonnal operation of power station equipment,and even cause accidents such as pipeline damage and leakage.The cleaning work of boiler header pipes is also very complex,and it is difficult to achieve the actual effect with general manual cleaning,therefore,the technology of pipeline inspection and cleaning robot came into being.The pipeline robot can realize flexible movement in the pipeline and inspect and clean the internal structure of the pipeline,which brings many conveniences to the staff.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the pipe robot,specifically introduces the problems existing in the current use of the header of the power plant boiler,hoping to provide a reference for the future technology research and development.
