摘 要:传统的洪水应急监测方法往往会受到地形、天气等环境条件限制,不能及时获取灾害现场的详细信息。无人机因其具有灵活性强、时间分辨率高和响应迅速等特点,应用于洪水应急监测具有独特优势。以2021年6月黑龙江上游发生的特大洪水为例,阐述了无人机遥感在洪涝灾害淹没范围描述、防洪堤坝渗漏定性及定量分析中的应用情况。结果表明:无人机遥感能够有效且快速地获取洪峰过境前、后的洪水淹没面积变化,及时发现渗漏隐患点,为灾情处置决策提供数据支撑。The traditional flood emergency monitoring methods are often limited by the terrain,weather and other environmental conditions,which can not obtain the detailed information of the disaster site in time.UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)has unique advantages in flood emergency monitoring because of its strong flexibility,high time resolution and rapid response.Taking the catastrophic flood in the upper reaches of Heilongjiang Province in June 2021 as an example,this paper expounded the application of UAV remote sensing in the description of flood disaster inundation range,qualitative and quantitative analysis of flood dike leakage.The results showed that UAV remote sensing can effectively and quickly obtain the changes of flood inundation area before and after the flood peak crossing,and timely identified the hidden leakage points,providing data support for disaster disposal decisions.
