摘  要:TCP(Teosinte branched I,Cycloidea,Proliferating Cell Factors 1和2)基因家族是植物特有的转录因子。在植物生长发育过程中具有重要的调控作用。本研究基于香蕉基因组数据,利用生物信息学方法从香蕉基因组中鉴定出了48个TCP家族基因,基于生物信息学进行分析,并利用RT-qPCR分析该基因家族在巴西蕉不同营养器官、生殖器官和果实发育的不同阶段及果实采后催熟过程中的表达情况。结果表明,香蕉MaTCP家族蛋白分子量在4.86~5.11 kD之间,48个TCP基因可以分为ClassⅠ和ClassⅡ两类,香蕉MaTCP基因结构较为简单,内含子数目较少,大部分基因含有相同的motif 1。顺式元件分析发现,香蕉TCP家族基因的启动子序列中含多个非生物胁迫响应元件。qPCR结果表明,MaTCP22和MaTCP35在香蕉叶片高表达,MaTCP32在香蕉雌性器中高表达,MaTCP4、MaTCP6和MaTCP7在香蕉发育过程的果实中高表达。本研究结果为进一步研究该类基因的功能提供了重要线索和依据,并为了解香蕉生长发育和果实采后催熟过程中的分子机制提供了提供数据参考。TCP(Teosinte branched I, Cycloidea, Proliferating Cell Factors 1 and 2) gene family is a plant-specific transcription factors. It plays an important role in the regulation of plant growth and development. In this study,based on banana genome data, 48 TCP genes were identified from banana genome by bioinformatics and analyzed based on bioinformatic, RT-qPCR was used to analyze the expression of this gene family in different vegetative organs, reproductive organs, different stages of fruit development and postharvest ripening process of banana. The results showed that the 48 TCP genes of banana Ma TCP family proteins could be divided into Class Ⅰ and ClassⅡ, the molecular weight of MaTCP family proteins ranged from 4.86 to 5.11 kD. The structure of banana MaTCP gene was simple, the number of introns was small, and most of the genes contained motif 1. Cis element analysis showed that there were several abiotic stress response elements in the promoter of banana TCP family genes.qPCR results showed that MaTCP22 and MaTCP35 were highly expressed in banana leaves, MaTCP32 was highly expressed in banana female organs, and MaTCP4, MaTCP6 and MaTCP7 were highly expressed in banana fruits during development. This study provides important clues and basis for further study of the function of these genes,it also provides a deep insight and data reference for understanding the molecular mechanism of banana growth and postharvest ripening.
