摘  要:本研究以自然老化36个月的玉米自交系陈种子和新收获的同品系自交系种子为供试材料,检测和分析了种子萌发、活力特性以及幼苗的生理指标。此外,利用盐溶蛋白凝胶电泳对新陈种子的盐溶蛋白变异进行分析。结果表明:陈种子活力指数为9.81~14.23,均显著低于对照新种子;陈种子萌发后的幼苗POD活性、SOD活性和CAT活性均显著低于同品系的新种子,而陈种子萌发后幼苗的MDA含量提高了0.20~0.86μmol/g,高于同品系的对照新种子。玉米自交系陈种子的盐溶蛋白相对比较稳定,16个玉米自交系的陈种子中仅有3个发生位点变异,每个变异自交系有1个变异位点,发生改变的位点占全部位点的1.75%。因此玉米自然老化36个月的陈种子在发芽、活力及生理特性产生显著改变,不具种用价值,但盐溶蛋白相对稳定,说明种子老化与盐溶蛋白相关性较小。In this study, the natural aged seeds of 36-month-old and new inbred lines of maize were used as experimental materials, and the germination, vigor and physiological indexes of the seedlings were measured and the aged seeds and new seeds were analyzed using salt-soluble protein gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the vigor index of the aged seeds were 9.81~14.23. The activities of POD, SOD and CAT of the seedlings of the aged seeds were significantly lower than those of the new seeds of the same inbred lines;MDA contents of the seedlings were significantly higher than that of the new seeds of the same inbred lines, and increased 0.20~0.86 μmol/g. The salt-soluble protein in the aged seeds of the maize inbred lines was relatively stable, only 3 out of 16 the aged seeds of inbred lines changed, and only 1 in each variation inbred line, the site of change accounted for 1.75% of all sites. Therefore, the germination, vigor and physiological indexes of the aged seeds significantly changed after stored 36 months and had no seed value, but the salt-soluble protein was relatively stable, indicating that the correlation between seed aging and salt-soluble protein was small.
