摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护士开展的重症护理核心技术应急训练的效果。方法:由医院成立重症护理核心技术应急训练组,对医院的100名护士开展重症护理核心技术应急训练,分析训练后的成绩,并与2021年ICU护士常规培训的成绩进行比较。结果:护士的学历、职称、工作年限以及是否有大型公共卫生事件救护经验对训练效果均有影响(P<0.05),常规培训理论成绩和操作成绩优于应急培训的成绩,但专业能力评分的差异不大;且应急培训时护士参训率更高。结论:通过应急培训提高护士的重症护理核心技术水平。Objective:To explore the effect of emergency training on critical care core technology carried out by clinical nurses.Methods:The emergency training group of critical care core technology was established by the hospital,and emergency training of critical care core technology was carried out for 100 nurses in the hospital.The results after training were analyzed and compared with the results of routine training of ICU nurses in 2021.Results:Nurses'education,professional title,working years and rescue experience of large public health incidents had an effect on the training effect(P<0.05).The theoretical score and operation score of routine training were better than those of emergency training,but there was no significant difference in professional ability score,and the nurse participation rate was higher during emergency training.Conclusion:To improve the core technical level of critical care nursing for nurses through emergency training.
