摘  要:目的:探讨基于虚拟现实技术的沉浸式教学在消化系统影像教学中的应用价值。方法:选取某校60名临床医学专业本科生(2个小班)为研究对象,按照小班随机分为两组,分别开展消化系统影像诊断的教学。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组将虚拟现实技术加入教学过程中构建出沉浸式教学情境进行教学。教学结束后,以考核(包括理论知识、读片诊断能力和临床技能操作)以及问卷调查的形式对教学效果进行综合评价。结果:实验组学生的理论知识、读片诊断能力和临床技能操作成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查从五个维度进行评估,结果显示实验组学生的“教学满意度”“知识点理解及接纳程度”“学习主动性”“课堂互动性”和“临床思维的建立”均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于虚拟现实技术的沉浸式教学模式可显著提高消化系统影像诊断的教学效果。Objective:AIM To explore the application value of immersive teaching based on virtual reality technology in digestive system image teaching.Methods:Sixty clinical medicine undergraduates in our school were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups to carry out the teaching of digestive system image teaching.The traditional mode was used in the control group,while the mode of immersive teaching based on virtual reality technology was used in the experimental group.At the end of teaching,the teaching effect was evaluated comprehensively in the form of assessment and questionnaire survey.Results:The theoretical knowledge,reading diagnostic ability and clinical skills of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire was evaluated on five dimensions and the results showed that the scores in"Teaching satisfaction","Knowledge point understanding and acceptance","Learning initiative","Classroom interaction"and"Establishment of clinical thinking"were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mode of immersive teaching based on virtual reality technology significantly improves the teaching effect of digestive system imaging diagnosis.
