摘 要:目的:探讨与高校中医教育相融合的中医护理临床实践教学的应用效果。方法:采用抽签法将2021年进院实习的53名中医院校毕业护生随机分为实验组(27人)和对照组(26人),实验组采用与高校中医教育相融合的护生临床实践教学培训方案,对照组实施常规培训方案。以柯氏评估模型为指导,分别从反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层依次观察两组护生培训效果。结果:实验组护生中医护理临床实践教学培训效果在反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层评价均高于对照组护生,差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用与高校中医教育相融合的护生临床实践教学效果明显,验证了该培训方案的可行性,可为中医护理人才培养和实践教学改革提供参考。Objective:To explore the application effect of kirkpatrick evaluation model in clinical practice teaching and training of Chinese medicine nursing for nursing students.Methods:By drawing lots,53 nursing students graduated from Chinese medicine colleges in 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group with 27 students and control group with 26 students.The experimental group adopted the clinical practice teaching training program of nursing students integrated with Chinese medicine nursing education in colleges,while the control group implemented the conventional training program.Guided by the kirkpatrick Model,the training effect of two groups of nursing students was observed in turn from the reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer.Results:The training effects of TCM nursing clinical practice teaching for nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group at the the reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The kirkpatrick Modell is used to evaluate the effect of clinical practice teaching training of nursing students integrated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing education in Colleges and universities,which not only verifies the feasibility of the training scheme,and provides a reference for the training of nursing students’traditional Chinese medicine nursing talents and the reform of practice teaching.
