摘  要:在无电解电容变频驱动系统中,采用薄膜电容取代传统的电解电容,可以有效提高系统的可靠性。本文设计了一种基于逆变器等效转矩控制的单相无电解电容高功率因数驱动系统,通过计算逆变器等效输入输出转矩,并采用IR转矩调节器,以实现对网侧功率因数的控制。实验结果表明:所设计的驱动系统输入功率因数高达0.980,输入电流谐波满足IEC61000-3-2谐波标准。In the variable frequency drive system without electrolytic capacitor,using thin film capacitor instead of traditi onal electrolytic capacitor can effectively improve the reliability of the system.In this paper,a sin gle-phase non-electrolytic capacitor high power factor drive system based on inverter equivale nt torque control is designed.By calculating the equivale nt in put and output torque of the inv erter,and using the IR torque regulator,the powe r factor of the grid side is con trolled.The experime ntal results show that the in put power factor of the desig ned drive system is as high as 0.980,and the in put current harmonics meet the IEC61000-3-2 harm onic standard.
