摘　　要：中药四性是中药药性理论的核心,是我国历代医药学家经过长期实践总结而成的一种临床用药经验,并经过不断发展、完善与验证,最终又指导中医临床用药。通过对四性及五味的溯本寻源,以中药四性的起源、临床应用和现代研究为主线,对四性的形成过程及其临床应用价值进行归纳和总结。并对《中国药典》2020年版一部收载的617味中药进行“性”与“味”的统计分析,解析二者的内在关联性,有助于中药性味的应用和理解,为中药药性理论的进一步研究提供思路与借鉴。Four natures of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) are the core of TCM theory. It is a kind of clinical drug experience that has been summarized by Chinese medical scholars through long-term practice, and has been continuously developed, perfected and verified to finally guide the clinical use of TCM. By tracing the origin of the four natures and five flavors of TCM, the formation process of the four properties and their clinical application values were summarized and concluded with the origin of the four properties of TCM, clinical application and modern research as the main lines. The statistical analysis of “nature” and “flavor” of 617 TCM collected in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition, Part 1) was carried out to analyze the internal correlation between the two,which is helpful for the application and understanding of nature and flavor of TCM and provides ideas and references for further research on theory of TCM properties.
