摘 要:目的:了解山东省三甲医院临床医生工作满意度现状及其影响因素。方法:采用明尼苏达工作满意度短式量表和一般情况调查问卷,对山东省济南市某三甲综合医院临床医生进行现场调研。结果:临床医生的总体工作满意度得分为67.70±9.89分、内在满意度得分为41.76±6.05分、外在满意度得分为19.27±3.69分,均处于一般水平;职业认同、学习深造、年收入、社会支持、所在科室和工作环境对其工作满意度具有正向预测作用,而工作量具有反向预测作用。结论:临床医生的工作满意度有待提高;应重视临床医生的生存需要、相互关系需要和成长发展需要,为其提供一个温暖和谐的工作环境,进而逐渐提高其工作满意度。Objective To study the job satisfaction among clinicians in tertiary A hospital in Shandong Province and its influencing factors. Methods Short Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and general situation questionnaire were used to conduct on-site investigation among clinicians in a tertiary A general hospital in Jinan City. Results The clinicians’ general job satisfaction score, intrinsic satisfaction score and extrinsic satisfaction score was 67. 70 ± 9. 89, 41. 76 ± 6. 05 and 19. 27 ± 3. 69, respectively, all of which were at the general level. Vocational identity, further study, annual income, social support, departments and work environment have positive prediction on their job satisfaction, while workload has reverse prediction. Conclusion Job satisfaction of clinicians needs to be further improved. It is necessary to value their existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs of clinicians, provide a warm and harmonious working environment, and then gradually improve their job satisfaction.
