摘　　要：党的二十大明确强调“推进国有企业、金融企业在完善公司治理中加强党的领导,加强混合所有制企业、非公有制企业党建工作。”当前,混合所有制已成为国企改革的重要突破口,而增强国有企业活力、竞争力,积极发展混合所有制经济,不断深化企业内部改革,做强做优国有控股上市公司,已成为国有企业改革的重要目标与要求。As underlined in the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"Party leadership in SOEs and financial firms is strengthened in the process of their improvements to corporate govermance.Party building will also be stepped up in mixed-ownership and non-public enterprises."At present,mixed ownership has become a focus on the reform of SOEs,the key goals and requirements of which are enhancing SOEs'vitality and competitiveness,developing themixed ownership economy,deepening the intemal reform ofenterprises,and making state-controlled listed companies floumish-In the process of the development of listed companies,how the Party organization deepens sOEs internal reform and enhances their influence,competitiveness,and vitality has become the topic of the times for the reform and innovation of Party building in enterprises.This article's exploration and reflection on strengthening and improving the Party building of listed companies is based on the effectiveness of the existing practice of strengthening the Party building of listed companies.
