石墨烯改性莫代尔纤维在针织泡泡布中的应用

摘　　要：针织泡泡布以其轻薄时尚、凉爽透气的特点,成为夏季女装的热门面料,而石墨烯具有优良的远红外、抑菌、吸湿速干和防紫外线性能,将石墨烯添加到针织泡泡布中,能够赋予织物更加健康、舒适的穿着体验。通过探究以石墨烯改性莫代尔纤维混纺纱线和T400长丝生产针织泡泡布的工艺,并与同规格棉纱线和T400长丝制成的针织泡泡布进行对比,对两款面料的安全、物理、远红外、抑菌、吸湿速干和防紫外线性能进行测试评价,发现石墨烯改性面料具备上述功能要求。Seersucker knitted fabric has become a popular fabric for women’s wear in summer due to its lightweight,fashionable,cool and breathable characteristics.Graphene has excellent far infrared function,antibacterial,moisture absorbing,quick drying and anti-UV function.Adding graphene to the seersucker knitted fabric can give the fabric a more healthy and comfortable wearing experience.In this paper,the production technology of seersucker knitted fabric with graphene blended yarn and T400 filament is introduced,and the same specification of cotton yarn and T400 filament fabric are compared.At the same time,the performance of the product in terms of safety,physical,far infrared,antibacterial,moisture absorbing and quick drying and anti-UV function of the two fabrics are tested and evaluated.It is found that the graphene modified fabric has the above mentioned good functions,which can meet the requirements.
