摘 要:目的通过急性眼毒性试验和长期眼毒性试验,评价低浓度硫酸阿托品滴眼液(0.01%)对兔眼的安全性,同时为0.01%~0.1%浓度范围硫酸阿托品滴眼液的开发提供理论支撑。方法采用定期测量瞳孔直径、眼压、眼部A超、眼底彩超、裂隙灯眼表检查及组织病理学作为观察指标,评价低浓度硫酸阿托品对兔眼急性毒性。结果未见该药物对兔眼产生毒性反应。结论低浓度硫酸阿托品滴眼液安全性较高,0.01%~0.1%浓度范围硫酸阿托品滴眼剂可进一步开发。OBJECTIVE The safety of atropine sulfate eye drops with low concentration(0.01%)on rabbit eyes was evaluated through acute and long-term eye toxicity tests,and theoretical support was provided for the development of atropine sulfate eye drops with concentrations ranging from 0.01%to 0.1%.METHODS The pupil diameter,intraocular pressure,ocular A ultrasound,fundus color ultrasound,slit lamp ocular surface examination and histopathology were measured regularly as observation indicators to evaluate the acute toxicity of atropine sulfate at low concentration to rabbit eyes.RESULTS No toxic reaction in rabbit eyes was observed.CONCLUSION Low concentration atropine sulfate eye drops are safe,and the concentration range of 0.01%-0.1%can be further developed.
