试述《伤寒论》中苓桂剂用法变化

摘　　要：苓桂剂用法变化多见于《伤寒论》太阳病的变证及误治后,包括苓桂术甘汤、五苓散、茯苓甘草汤、茯苓桂枝甘草大枣汤、桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤、真武汤。把握太阳病篇苓桂剂用法变化能够增强临床辨证的准确性并提高临床疗效。文章略述苓桂剂的用法变化,为苓桂剂的临床应用提供借鉴。The usage changes of Linggui agent are mostly seen after the syndrome change and mistreatment of Taiyang disease in Treatise on febrile diseases,including LingGui ZhuGan Decoction,Wuling Powder,Fulinggancao Decoction,Fuling Guizhi GancaoDazao Decoction,Guizhi Decoction remove cinnamon twigs and add FulingBaiZhu Decoction,Zhenwu Decoction.Grasping the usage changes of Linggui agent in Taiyang disease can enhance the accuracy of clinical syndrome differentiation and improve the clinical curative effect.This paper briefly describes the usage changes of Linggui agent,so as to provide reference for the clinical application of Linggui agent.
