世界史“新文科”建设的实践与探讨——基于天津师范大学“世界史-外语”实验班的教育反思

摘  要:“新文科”概念的核心是打破传统学科专业壁垒,以跨学科或学科交叉教育模式培养具备综合知识素养能力、适应新时代需求的复合型人才。天津师范大学2015年创办的“世界史-外语”双学位实验班,其跨学科人才培养模式与2018年以来国家倡导的“新文科”建设理念相契合。该实验班在教育实践中遇到诸多问题,涉及人才培养目标定位、招生方式、学业安排、师资队伍整合、课程体系融合、班级管理等难题,有的已作出调整,有的仍处于探索破解之中。对这种探索进行阶段性反思,总结经验教训,从而进一步探讨如何加强“新文科”建设的顶层设计、建设融合性课程体系、创设微专业、组建学科融合创新团队、优化招生方式,对实现革新中国高等教育的梦想有着重要的现实意义。同时,对于兄弟院校的新文科探索,也可以提供重要的借鉴和启示。The core of the concept of "new liberal arts" is to break the barriers of traditional disciplines and cultivate compound talents with comprehensive knowledge and literacy ability and adapt to the needs of the new era through interdisciplinary or interdisciplinary education mode. The "World History-Foreign Language" double-degree experimental class established by Tianjin Normal University in 2015 is an interdisciplinary talent training model in line with the construction concept of "new liberal arts" advocated by the state since 2018. The experimental class has encountered many problems in educational practice,involving problems such as target positioning in talent training,enrollment methods,academic arrangements,teacher team integration,curriculum system integration,class management and other problems,some of which have been adjusted,and some are still in the process of exploration and cracking. Reflecting on this exploration,summarizing lessons learned and further exploring how to strengthen the top-level design of the construction of "new liberal arts",build an integrated curriculum system,create micro-majors,form a discipline integration innovation team,and optimize enrollment methods is of great practical significance for realizing the dream of revolutionizing China’s higher education. At the same time,the exploration can also provide important reference and enlightenment for other universities.
