文化传承背景下高校民族传统体育发展研究

摘　　要：民族传统文化是我国优秀的传统文化项目,近年来我国提高了对文化发展的重视度,社会各界对民族传统体育的传承和发展给予了高度重视。在文化传承背景下,若想有效促进民族传统体育的继承和发展,就必须结合高校体育教学实际,有针对性地增添民族传统体育教学内容,站在文化传承的角度创新高校民族传统体育教学模式。基于此,该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,先简要概述了文化传统与民族传统体育相关概念,然后分析了文化传承背景下高校民族传统体育发展的意义,最后结合当前高校民族传统体育发展中存在的问题,提出了科学可行的促进高校民族传统体育发展的实践策略,以期有效促进我国民族传统体育在高校当中的传承与发展。National traditional culture is an excellent traditional cultural project in China.In recent years,China increases its attention to the cultural development,and all walks of life have attached great importance to the inheritance and development of ethnic traditional sports.Under the background of cultural inheritance,if we want to effectively promote the inheritance and development of ethnic traditional sports,it is necessary to add in a targeted way the content of ethnic traditional sports teaching in combination with the actual physical education in colleges and universities,and innovate the ethnic traditional sports teaching mode in colleges and universities from the perspective of cultural inheritance.Based on this,using the literature method and other research methods,this paper first briefly summarizes the relevant concepts of cultural tradition and ethnic traditional sports,then analyzes the significance of the development of ethnic traditional sports in colleges and universities under the background of cultural inheritance,and finally,combined with the current problems existing in the development of ethnic traditional sports in colleges and universities,puts forward the scientific and feasible practical strategy to promote the development of ethnic traditional sports in colleges and universities,aiming to effectively promote the inheritance and development of ethnic traditional sports in colleges and universities in China.
