摘  要:为明确桦褐孔菌发酵产物(IOFP)对鸭生产和免疫性能的促进作用,助力禽类广适性绿色新型免疫增强剂的开发,将一定浓度的IOFP添加于日粮中,并对试验期不同阶段的平均日增重及料肉比、特定时间点的肠道组织形态、免疫器官指数、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)浓度、一氧化氮(NO)水平和外周血淋巴细胞(PBMC)增殖率进行了测定与分析。结果显示,与对照组相比,IOFP能够显著提高试验中后期机体的平均日增重和整个试验期的料肉比;明显促进胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊3个免疫免疫器官的发育和肠道组织形态的改善;有效提升T-AOC和NO浓度水平,延缓SOD浓度下降速率;显著增强PBMC的增殖和活化能力,21 d和42 d的增殖率分别提升了49.07%和121.70%。研究结果表明,IOFP对鸭的生产和免疫性能具有与鸡类似的增强作用,是广泛适用于家禽的新型绿色饲料添加剂和免疫增强剂的候选产品,为禽类疫病的防控和高效安全养殖提供了有力的工具。In order to investigate the improvement of Inonotus obliquus fermentation product(IOFP)on duck growth and immune performance and promote the development of novel health immunopotentiator suitable for avian,a certain concentration of IOFP were added in ration.Then growth parameters of different periods and intestinal morphology,immune organ index,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and nitric oxide(NO),stimulate index of peripheral blood lymphocyte(PBMC)of certain times during experimental period for ducks were determined and analyzed.Results indicated that,IOFP could effectively improve the items of average daily gain and feed conversion ratio during middle and late periods and all experimental test points of experiment,respectively,intestinal morphology and immune organs growth,the levels of T-AOC,SOD and NO and proliferation rate of PBMC increased by 49.07%(21 day)and 121.70%(42 day),as compared with negative control.Similar with chicken,results suggest that IOFP could promote growth and immune performance of duck,indicating IOFP is a widely applicable candidate of green feed supplement and immunopotentiator for avian,which provides powerful tools for controlling strategies of avian disease and efficient breeding.
