脑干出血后下颌部Holmes震颤1例报告

摘　　要：脑干出血是神经内科和神经外科最常见的急危重症之一,具有起病急、病情重、病程发展快的特点,也是脑血管疾病中的治疗难点。脑干是调节人体呼吸、心跳、体温、血压等的生命中枢,其包含多种神经核团、网状结构及上行和下行神经传导束。脑干出血后患者可出现头晕、头痛、呕吐、呼吸不规则、瞳孔缩小、肢体瘫痪等症状,出血量大者可出现意识障碍。若脑干出血累及中脑红核区,患者可表现为Holmes震颤,临床上有关Holmes震颤的病例较为少见。本文分享1例以下颌部震颤为主要表现的Holmes震颤。Brainstem hemorrhage is one of the most common emergencies in neurology and neurosurgery.It has the characteristics of acute onset, severe disease and rapid progression, and it is also a difficult point in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.The brain stem is the life center that regulates human respiration, heartbeat, body temperature, blood pressure, etc.It contains various nerve nerve nuclei, reticular structures, and ascending and descending nerve tracts.After brainstem hemorrhage, patients may experience dizziness, headache, vomiting, irregular breathing, miosis, limb paralysis and other symptoms, and those with heavy bleeding may experience disturbance of consciousness.Patients with brainstem hemorrhage involving the red nucleus of the midbrain may present with Holmes tremor, clinical records of Holmes tremor are rare.This article shares a case of Holmes tremor with mandibular tremor as the main manifestation.
