摘　　要：目的分析老年患者睡眠质量与睡眠认知之间的相关性。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)与睡眠个人信念与态度量表(DBAS-16)对728例老年患者进行测评。结果老年患者的PSQI总分为(9.17±5.22)分,其中54.8%的老年患者睡眠质量差,其DBAS-16总分为(43.90±13.24)分,明显低于睡眠质量好的老年患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将DBAS-16各维度进行两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对老年患者的DBAS-16与PSQI进行相关性分析,结果显示二者之间呈现负相关。结论老年患者睡眠质量及睡眠信念态度总体不佳,睡眠质量差的老年患者比睡眠质量好的老年患者存在更多的错误信念与态度,低水平的睡眠认知严重影响了睡眠质量,护理人员应采取有效的措施纠正老年患者不良的睡眠信念与态度,以提高睡眠质量。Objective To analyze the correlation between sleep quality and sleep cognition in the elderly.Methods Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and personal beliefs and attitudes toward sleep(DBAS-16)were used to assess 728 elderly patients. Results The total PSQI score of elderly patients was(9.17±5.22),54.8% of elderly patients reported poor sleep quality.The total DBAS-16 score of(43.90±13.24)was significantly lower than that of good sleep quality group(P<0.05).Compared with each dimension of DBAS-16,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the correlation analysis between DBAS-16 and PSQI showed that there was a negative correlation between them(P<0.05).Conclusion The sleep quality and sleep belief attitude of the elderly patients are generally poor, there are more false belief and attitude in the poor sleep quality group than in the good sleep quality group, the low level of sleep cognition seriously affects the sleep quality, the nursing staff should take effective measures to correct the poor sleep belief and attitude of the elderly patients in order to improve the sleep quality.
