摘 要:目的将视频纠错反馈结合翻转课堂教学应用于临床静脉留置针穿刺技术操作教学,增强实习护生自主学习的积极性,提高静脉留置针穿刺的成功率。方法在内科住院病房采用视频纠错反馈结合翻转课堂模式进行静脉留置针穿刺操作教学,实习护理学生在老师指导下完成静脉留置针穿刺操作,并将所有视频分享到微信群聊中,让小组成员自己观看老师和所有实习护生的操作视频。以实习护理学生为主导,安排实习护理学生提前备课,然后组织全体小组成员以集中翻转课堂模式进行操作教学,完成静脉留置针穿刺流程的讲授和讲解,发现静脉留置针操作中存在的差异和存在的问题以及需要改进的措施。结果通过视频纠错反馈结合翻转课堂的教学模式,将学习的决策权从教师转移到学生身上,护理学生可以积极参与临床操作教学,从而增强参与度,解决临床教学中的教与学问题。本模式可以减少实习护生对静脉留置针刺的恐惧,并利用实时纠错和反馈来改善静脉留置针穿刺技能学习中的问题,可有效提高临床护理中静脉留置针穿刺的成功率。结论视频纠错反馈结合翻转课堂模式教学改变教师和学生在传统教学中的角色,使学生成为学习的主体,积极参与和完成学习任务,教师转变为学生,成为学习的促进者和导师,帮助学生认识问题和掌握技能,提高临床护理静脉留置针穿刺成功率。Objective To apply video error correction feedback combined with flipped classroom teaching in the teaching operation of clinical venous indwelling needle puncture technique, to enhance the initiative of nursing students to learn independently, and to improve the success rate of venous indwelling needle puncture.Methods In the inpatient ward of the internal medicine department, video error correction feedback combined with flipped classroom mode was used to teach the operation of venous indwelling needle puncture, and the intern nursing students completed the operation of venous indwelling needle puncture under the guidance of the teacher, and shared all the videos on WeChat in the group chat, let the group members watch the operation video of the teacher and all nursing students by themselves.With the intern nursing students as the leading role, arrange for the intern nursing students to prepare lessons in advance, and then organize all the group members to conduct operation teaching in the centralized flipped classroom mode to complete the vein the indwelling needle puncture operation process is taught and explained, the differences and existing problems in the operation of intravenous indwelling needles and the measures that need to be improved are respectively found. Results Through the video error correction feedback combined with the teaching mode of flipped classroom, the decision-making power of learning is transferred from teachers to students, and the nursing students can actively participate in clinical operation teaching, so as to enhance their participation and solve the problem of teaching and learning in clinical teaching.It can reduce the fear of venous indwelling needle puncture among intern nursing students, and use real-time error correction and feedback to improve the problems in the learning of venous indwelling needle puncture skills, which can effectively improve the success rate of venous indwelling needle puncture among clinical nursing students.Conclusion Change the roles of teachers and
