摘  要:肿瘤通过新生血管来获得足够的氧气和营养,因此直接抑制肿瘤脉管系统的抗血管疗法在肿瘤治疗领域占据重要地位。抗血管疗法针对现有或正在生成的肿瘤血管,降低血流灌注以抑制肿瘤的生长。超声介导微泡破坏(ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction,UTMD)通过其特有的生物学效应调控血管内皮细胞(endothelial cells,EC)进行抗血管治疗,可打破药物摄取的血管屏障并改变肿瘤微环境,增强常规抗肿瘤血管疗法的效果。在这篇综述中,我们论述了UTMD空化效应抗血管的机制,介绍了超声微泡与抗血管生成疗法相结合的研究进展,例如超声空化介导的EC凋亡效应以及UTMD协同增强放化疗的抗血管效应,为其在肿瘤治疗中的研究和应用提供参考。Tumors receive adequate oxygen and nutrients through neovascularization,so antivascular therapy that directly inhibits tumor vasculatures plays an important role in the field of tumor therapy.Antivascular therapy targets existing or emerging tumor vasculatures,and reduces blood perfusion to inhibit tumor growth.The unique biological effect of ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction(UTMD)can modulate vascular endothelial cells(EC)for antivascular therapy,breaking the vascular barrier for drug uptake and altering the tumor microenvironment to enhance the effect of conventional antivascular therapy.In this review,we discuss the mechanism of the cavitation effect of UTMD on antiangiogenisis activity,and introduce the research progress of ultrasound microbubbles combined with antiangiogenic therapy,such as the apoptotic effect of EC mediated by ultrasound cavitation and the enhancement of the antivascular effect of UTMD in conjunction with chemoradiotherapy,so as to provide evidence for research and application of UTMD in tumor treatment.
