重灸百会、关元穴联合天灸疗法治疗阳虚质亚健康状态的临床研究  

Clinical efficacy of heavy moxibustion at Baihui and Guanyuan combined with vesiculation moxibustion therapy for sub-health patients with Yang deficiency constitution

摘　　要：目的观察重灸百会、关元穴联合天灸疗法治疗阳虚质亚健康状态的临床疗效。方法将116例阳虚质亚健康状态患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组57例予重灸百会、关元穴联合天灸疗法,对照组59例予常规艾箱灸联合穴位贴敷治疗。2组均治疗6个月后统计疗效,比较2组治疗前后简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)(包括生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康及健康变化)评分、中医症状评分及阳虚质评分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率92.98%(53/57),对照组总有效率81.35%(48/59),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后SF-36生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康及健康变化评分均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、情感职能及健康变化评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后中医症状评分及阳虚质评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后中医症状评分及阳虚质评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重灸百会、关元穴联合天灸疗法治疗阳虚质亚健康状态疗效优于常规艾箱灸联合穴位贴敷治疗,可进一步提高患者生活质量,改善中医症状,纠正阳虚偏颇体质。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of heavy moxibustion at Baihui(DU20)and Guanyuan(RN4)combined with vesiculation moxibustion therapy for sub-health patients with Yang deficiency constitution.Methods Totally 116 sub-health patients with Yang deficiency constitution were randomly assigned to receive either heavy moxibustion at DU20 and RN4 combined with vesiculation moxibustion therapy(the treatment group,n=57)or conventional Aixiang moxibustion combined with acupoint patching(the control group,n=59).Treated for 6 months,the aim was to compare the short-form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36)(physical function,physiological role,bodily pain,general health,vigor,social function,emotional function,mental health and health change),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,score of Yang deficiency constitution;the curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(92.98%[53/57]vs 81.35%[48/59],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,SF-36 scores in groups were increased(P<0.05),SF-36(physical function,physiological role,bodily pain,general health,vigor,emotional function,health change)was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).TCM symptom score and score of Yang deficiency constitution in groups after treatment were decreased(P<0.05),which were decreased in the treatment group relevant to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For sub-health patients with Yang deficiency constitution,heavy moxibustion at DU20 and RN4 combined with vesiculation moxibustion therapy can further improve quality of life and TCM symptoms,and correct Yang deficiency biased physique constitution,and which is superior to conventional Aixiang moxibustion combined with acupoint patching.
