摘  要:大型蓄电池盒具有尺寸大、腔深、壁薄且中隔板有小孔等特点,其模具要求刚度大、强度高。基于CAE分析,设计了双点浇口浇注系统,满足设计要求。模具采用顺序脱模,利用定距螺钉进行定距分型,设计了侧向抽芯与斜推杆一体的斜顶杆抽芯机构用于中隔小孔侧向抽芯,同时,斜推杆和推杆一起将塑件从型芯上整体顶出,实现塑件的自动脱模。采用整体式型腔和镶嵌式型芯,型腔内设置多层循环水路,各个镶块均采用循环冷却水路进行冷却,经分析,冷却系统温度分布相对平衡,总体翘曲量最大值为2.982mm,满足注射要求。Large battery container has the characteristics of large size,deep cavity,thin wall and small holes in the middle diaphragm.Its mold requires high stiffness and high strength.Based on CAE analysis,a two-point gate gating system is designed to meet the design requirements.The injection mold adopts sequential demoulding and fixed distance parting by using fixed distance screws.An slanted ejector pin core-pulling mechanism integrating lateral core-pulling and slanted ejector pin is designed for lateral core-pulling of small holes on the septum.Also,the slanted ejector pin and the ejector pin push out the plastic part out of the core together,so as to realize the automatic mold removal of plastic parts.Integral cavity and inlaid core are adopted.Multi layer circulating water channels are set in the mold cavity,and each core insert is cooled by circulating cooling water channels.According to CAE analysis,the temperature distribution of the cooling system is relatively balanced,and the maximum overall warpage is 2.982 mm,which meets the requirements of injection molding.
