摘　　要：目前京津冀高等医学教育协同发展存在地区行政壁垒的阻碍,医学院校之间合作意识淡薄,缺乏合理有效的运行、保障和监督机制,医学院校之间合作层次难以深化等问题。为此,应加强京津冀等医学教育协同发展的动力机制建设、运行机制建设和保障机制建设。At present, the coordinated development of higher medical education in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is hindered by regional administrative barriers, the awareness of cooperation between medical colleges is weak, there is a lack of reasonable and effective operation, security and supervision mechanisms, and the level of cooperation between medical colleges is difficult to deepen. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of power mechanism, operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism for the coordinated development of medical education in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
