摘  要:目的:探索新型冠状病毒疫情(以下简称新冠疫情)下改良基于案例模式教学(case-based learning, CBL)在临床实践网络教学中的应用及效果。方法:2019年12月至2020年6月在南京市第一医院心血管内科参加临床实践的学员32人为试验组,采用改良的线上CBL教学法,出科前完成理论及实践考核,并与上一年度同期在心血管内科接受传统面授式CBL临床教学的38名学生作对照。结果:改良的线上CBL教学法能够达到心血管内科临床实践教学大纲的要求,取得较为满意的效果。两组学员的理论和实践考核成绩无显著差异。结论:改良CBL线上教学是新冠疫情等突发公共卫生事件形势下心血管内科临床实践教学的有效方法。Objective: To explore the application and effect of the improved case-based learning(CBL) model in clinical practice online teaching during COVID-19. Methods: From December 2019 to June 2020, 32 trainees who participated in clinical practice training in the Cardiovascular Department of Nanjing First Hospital were enrolled. The improved online CBL model was used, and the theoretical and practical assessments were completed. Thirty-eight trainees who received traditional in-person CBL clinical teaching in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine during the same period of last year served as control. Results: The improved online CBL teaching model can meet the requirements of the clinical practice syllabus of cardiovascular internal medicine and achieve relatively satisfactory results. There was no significant difference in the theoretical and practical assessment results between the two groups. Conclusion: The improved CBL online teaching is an effective method for clinical practice teaching of cardiovascular medicine under the situation of new coronary pneumonia and other public health emergencies.
