摘　　要：临床上较为常见的神经系统创伤性疾病包括创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)、外伤性周围神经损害(TPNI)、颅脑外伤综合征(PHIS)、创伤性眩晕和头晕(TV/TD)等。本文对神经系统创伤性疾病的概况及研究进展进行综述,以期为临床诊治及科研探索提供参考。Clinically common traumatic neurological diseases include traumatic craniocerebral injury(TBI),traumatic peripheral nerve injury(TPNI),craniocerebral trauma syndrome(arthralgia),traumatic vertigo and dizziness(TV/TD),etc.This paper reviews the general situation and research progress of traumatic diseases of nervous system in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis,treatment and scientific research.
