摘　　要：酒精糟是酒精产品在生产过程中将玉米中的淀粉经过水解后产生葡萄糖供酵母吸收利用,酵母经过代谢产生酒精后分离出来的副产品,这种副产品经过烘干后可生产出含有一定粗蛋白含量的DDGS饲料产品,该饲料营养丰富,不仅含有一定量的粗蛋白还有一定含量的脂肪、粗纤维以及各种单糖和多种氨基酸等,因此深受饲料行业的青睐,同时酒精湿糟也是一种可直接食用的饲料产品。通过对酒精湿糟再一次进行发酵,将酒精湿糟的蛋白含量进一步提高,可以得到营养含量更加丰富且可以直接食用的饲料产品,不仅可以节省粮食,同时对饲料行业降低饲养成本提供科学的依据。Alcohol Lees are alcohol products in the production process the starch in the corn is hydrolyzed to produce glucose for absorption and utilization by yeast,A by-product isolated from yeast after its metabolism produces alcohol,The by-product can be dried to produce a product containing A certain amount of crude protein Feed product DDGS,The feed is rich in nutrition,Not only does it contain a certain amount of crude protein A certain amount of fat,crude fiber And a variety of monosaccharides and amino acids,Therefore is deeply favored by the feed industry,At the same time, wet distiller’s grain is a kind of feed product which can be eaten directly,In this paper, wet distiller’s grains were fermented again,The protein content of the alcohol wet spent grains is further increased,The feed product with more abundant nutrient content and can be consumed directly can be obtained,Not only will it save food,At the same time, it provides scientific basis for reducing feed cost in feed industry.
