摘  要:在SISV传染病模型基础上,考虑到信息随时间衰退,研究了一种基于信息干预和治疗的SISV传染病模型的最优控制.首先计算出该模型的基本再生数和2个稳定点,证明了2个稳定点的全局渐进稳定性,并研究了该模型的分支情况,其具有前向分支;其次选取信息反应强度和治疗强度作为控制变量,并证明存在最优控制;最后,通过数值模拟得到相应的图像,图像对比表明在信息干预下可以有效遏制传染病的扩散,辅以最优控制可以达到快速控制传染病.In the report,based on SISV infectious disease model and considering the decline of information over time,the optimal control of SISV infectious disease model based on information intervention and treatment was proposed.Firstly,the basic regeneration number and two stable points of the model were calculated,the global asymptotic stability of the two stable points was proved,the bifurcation of the model was studied,and which has forward bifurcation;Secondly,the information response intensity and treatment intensity were selected as control variables,and it was proved that there is optimal control.Finally,the corresponding images were obtained through numerical simulation.The image comparison suggested that the diffusion of infectious diseases can be effectively restrained under the information intervention,and the rapid control of infectious diseases can be achieved with the help of the optimal control.
