母婴床旁护理模式在产科护理中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的对产科护理中母婴床旁护理模式的应用价值及效果进行探讨和分析。方法选取2017年11月至2021年10月在我院分娩的128例产妇作为研究对象,根据护理方案的不同将其分为对照组(64例,实施传统护理模式)与观察组(64例,实施母婴床旁护理模式),对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组产妇对护理工作的满意度高于对照组[100.00%(64/64)vs.84.38%(54/64)](P<0.05)。观察组产妇母乳喂养成功率显著高于对照组(98.44%vs.81.25%)(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者SAS评分与SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者SAS评分与SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后1 d、2 d的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论母婴床旁护理模式在产科护理中的价值显著,可改善临床护理满意度,提高母乳喂养成功率,有效减轻产妇不良情绪以及产后疼痛,值得临床关注和推广使用。Objective To explore and analyze the application value and effect of bedside nursing mode for mother and infant in obstetric nursing.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight parturients who delivered in our hospital from November 2017 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing plans,with 64 cases in each group.The traditional nursing mode was adopted in the control group,and the bedside nursing mode was adopted in the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.38%)(P<0.05).The success rate of breast feeding in the observation group(98.44%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.25%)(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference between SAS score and SDS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 1stand 2ndday after delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion The bedside nursing mode of mother and infant has significant value in obstetric nursing,which can improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing,improve the success rate of breast feeding,effectively reduce the bad mood of the parturients and postpartum pain,and is worthy of clinical attention and promotion.
