摘　　要：党在过渡时期总路线确定以后,在“办好农业生产合作社,即可带动互助组大发展”方针的指导下,贵州省农业生产互助组迎来了第二次大发展。相比第一次大发展,第二次大发展从注重数量转向质量与数量并行发展,进行内部优化组合,增加社会主义因素,实质上是常年互助组的大发展。互助组第二次大发展改善了农民生活水平,为初级社的发展及其高潮奠定了坚实的基础。这种扎牢基础、厚积薄发的思路对于实施乡村振兴战略有着重要的历史借鉴意义。After the determination of the general line of the CPC in the transitional period,under the guidance of the policy of"running agricultural production cooperatives well can drive the great development of the mutual aid team",the agricultural production mutual aid team in Guizhou Province ushered in the second major development.Compared with the first major development,the second major development shifted from focusing on quantity to the parallel development of quality and quantity,and carried out internal optimization and combination and added socialist factors,which was essentially the major development of the perennial mutual aid team.The second major development of the mutual aid team improved the living standards of farmers and laid a solid foundation for the development and climax of the elementary cooperative.This idea of consolidating the foundation and making good progress had important historical significance for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
