摘 要:赤霉素是一种重要的植物生长调节剂,广泛应用于农作物、苗圃、园艺等生产。赤霉素主要生产方式是微生物固态和液态发酵。与液态发酵相比,固态发酵有原料易得、生产成本低、环境污染小等优点。采用固态发酵工艺生产赤霉素,并优化工艺条件。通过在固态发酵过程中滴加适量汽爆秸秆酶解物来寻求赤霉素发酵替代原料。实验发现在第三天时滴加4 mL酶解液,赤霉素的产量最大。最佳固态发酵工艺参数为接种量为10%,温度为30℃,pH为8,固液比为1∶1.1,发酵周期为7天。Gibberellin(GA) is an important plant growth regulator, which is widely used in crops, nurseries, horticulture and other production. The main production method of gibberellin is microbial liquid fermentation and solid fermentation. Compared with liquid fermentation, solid fermentation has the advantages of easy access to raw materials, low production cost and less environmental pollution. The work adopted solid state fermentation technology to produce gibberellin and optimize its technological conditions. The gibberellin yield was increased by dropping appropriate amount of hydrolysate of steam exploded straw during solid state fermentation. It was found that the gibberellin yield was the highest when 4 mL of enzymatic hydrolysate was added on the third day. The results of optimal optimization conditions were as follows: inoculum size was 10 %, temperature was 30 ℃, pH was 8, solid-liquid ratio was 1∶1.1, and fermentation cycle was 7days.
