摘　　要：肝脏良恶性病变是临床上常见疾病,早期缺乏特异性的症状表现,随着病情的进一步发展,患者通常于体检等发现肝脏病变。为了进一步明确病变性质,临床多采用影像学检查的方式进行诊断。近年来,随着影像学技术的快速发展,以超声造影检查、超微血管成像检查、超声弹性成像检查等为代表的超声新技术已在临床上得到广泛应用,因其具有重复性高、无创性、检查费用低、操作简单等特点,在临床应用中受到广大患者的青睐,同时为临床鉴别诊断肝脏病变的良恶性提供有效的参考依据,利于提高了肝脏良恶性病变检出率,对制定合理的治疗方案、延长患者生存时间等具有重要作用。本文从肝脏良恶性病变诊断现状、超声造影检查、超微血管成像检查、超声弹性成像检查等方式在肝脏良恶性病变鉴别中的应用价值进行综述。Benign and malignant liver lesions are common clinical diseases.The early lesions have no typical symptoms.With the development of the disease,patients usually find liver lesions in physical examination.In order to further clarify the nature of the disease,clinical imaging examination is often used for diagnosis.In recent years,with the rapid development of imaging technology,new ultrasonic technology represented by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,ultra-fine angiography and ultrasonic elastography has been widely used in clinic.Because of its characteristics of high repeatability,noninvasive,low inspection cost and simple operation,it is favored by the majority of patients in clinical application.At the same time,it also provides a reliable reference for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver lesions,It effectively improves the detection rate of benign and malignant liver lesions,and plays an important role in formulating a reasonable treatment plan and prolonging the survival time of patients.This paper reviews the diagnostic status of benign and malignant liver lesions,the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,ultramicro angiography and ultrasonic elastography in benign and malignant liver lesions.
