摘  要:综述镧元素及化合物在药学领域应用及安全性的最新研究进展,为其进一步开发及利用提供参考。查阅国内外关于镧化合物在药学应用的文献,对其进行分析、概括与总结。镧化合物在医药方面具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖及病原微生物生长、改善机体免疫功能和调节骨代谢等作用,且在临床诊断中具有重要价值;此外,镧化合物在一定浓度范围内无毒副作用。镧化合物在医药领域具有广泛的应用前景,但镧蓄积对机体的影响尚无确切定论,随着制备工艺革新与化合物结构改造将进一步推动其在药物发现与临床中的应用。This paper reviews the latest research progress in the pharmaceutical applications and safety of lanthanum and its compounds to provide a reference for its further development and utilization.The literatures at home and abroad were collected,summarized and analyzed on the pharmaceutical application of lanthanum-based compounds.Lanthanum-based compounds can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and the growth of pathogenic microorganisms,improve the body’s immune function and regulate bone metabolism in medicine,and have important value in clinical diagnosis.In addition,lanthanum-based compounds have no toxic and side effects in a certain concentration range.Lanthanum-based compounds have a wide application prospect in the field of medicine,but there is no definite conclusion about the effect of lanthanum accumulation on the body.With the innovation of preparation process and structure modifications of compounds,it will further promote its application in drug discovery and clinical practice.
