摘  要:半球动压马达是惯性装备的核心部件,利用数字技术,结合三相方波逆变驱动精准驱动技术,产生三相方波完整性传输驱动半球动压马达,实现频率、电压精准控制,采取屏蔽传输和阻抗匹配,通过滤波技术抑制噪声,完成三相方波源信号精细产生和高效驱动。实验结果表明,设备输出三相方波频率时基稳定度较高,驱动功率满足多个动压马达同时测试需求,具备兼容多型号陀螺和加速度计马达测试供电电压范围需求,参数显示精度和相位较高,实现了半球动压马达三相源数字驱动和信息化的设计。Hemisphere dynamic pressure motor is the key component of inertial equipment,using digital technology and the threephase square wave inverter precision drive,dynamic pressure transmission drive hemisphere motor produces three-phase square-wave integrity,precision control,frequency,voltage,to block transmission and impedance matching,restrain noise by filtering technology,complete three-phase square waves and efficient drive signal is fine. The experimental results show that the equipment output three-phase square wave frequency time base stability is high,drive power to meet the needs of multiple dynamic pressure motor testing at the same time,with compatible with multiple models of gyroscope and accelerometer motor test supply voltage range requirements,parameter display accuracy and phase is high,to achieve the hemisphere dynamic pressure motor three-phase source digital drive and information design.
