摘 要:为进一步改善季铵化-丁酸酯化淀粉(QBS)在纺织经纱上浆领域中的应用效果,本文以纳米SiO_(2)为助剂,探究不同纳米SiO_(2)用量对QBS/纳米SiO_(2)共混浆液性能以及共混浆膜力学性能的影响。结果表明:纳米SiO_(2)用量在0~1%范围内,浆液的黏度热稳定性从88.6%增加到91.1%、浆膜的断裂强度从32.7MPa降低到26.5MPa、断裂伸长率从2.96%增加到3.55%,然后随用量的增加呈现相反的趋势;QBS/纳米SiO_(2)对棉和涤纶两种纤维的黏附性均得到提高,且在用量1%时对涤纶纤维达到最大值,超过1%后对棉纤维的黏附力改善不大。In order to further improve the application effect of quaternized-butyrylated starch(QBS)in the field of warp sizing,this paper prepared QBS/nano-SiO_(2)sizing materials with different mass ratios by changing the amount of nano-SiO_(2)as additives.The effects of different amount of nano-SiO_(2)on QBS/nano-SiO_(2)paste properties and film properties were investigated.The results showed that the viscosity stability of the blended paste increased from 88.6%to 91.1%,the tensile strength of the film decreased from 32.7MPa to26.5MPa,breaking elongation of the film increased from 2.96%to 3.55%,when the amount of nano-SiO_(2)was in the range of 0~1%,and then negatively affected with increasing the amount.The adhesion of QBS/nano-SiO_(2)to cotton and polyester fibers was improved,and reached the maximum value at 1%for polyester fibers,and just had a slight difference as the ratio exceeded 1%for cotton fibers.
