摘  要:针对煤泥水絮凝沉降过程具有大惯性、时滞性、不确定性及非线性的特点,利用模糊控制和PID算法,结合絮凝剂自动加药系统的现场实际,进行了软件和硬件设计,改进了控制系统。东滩煤矿选煤厂的现场应用表明,该控制算法简单易行,鲁棒性强,能动态调整絮凝剂加药量,溢流水浊度稳定,改善了循环水质量,可节约药剂达15%,有效降低了生产成本,提升了煤泥水的处理效率。According to the characteristics of great inertia,time lag,uncertainty and non-linearity in the flocculation settling process of coal slime water,the software and hardware are designed and the control system is improved by using fuzzy control and PID algorithm,combined with the field practice of flocculant automatic dosing system.The field application of Dongtan Coal Mine Coal Preparation Plant shows that the control algorithm is simple and feasible and has strong robustness,can dynamically adjust the dosage of flocculant,the turbidity of overflow water is stable,the quality of circulating water is improved,and the reagent can be saved by 15%.The production cost is effectively reduced and the treatment efficiency of slime water is improved.
