摘　　要：习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治会议上指出,做好高校思想政治工作,要用好课堂教学这个主渠道,思想政治理论课要坚持在改进中加强,提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性,满足学生成长发展需求和期待,其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田,使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应。“每天锻炼一小时,健康工作50年,幸福生活一辈子”。终身体育理念既是学生实现全面发展的途径,也是社会形成多元体育文化的基础。根据教育部颁布《高等学校体育工作基本标准》要求,为落实课外体育活动纳入学校教学计划,组织学生每周至少参加三次课外体育锻炼,切实保证学生每天一小时体育活动时间。山东农业工程学院基础课教学部体育教研室根据多年的教学与课外活动探索,通过不断地改革和研究,摸索出一套适合我校多校区办学及农业特色的体育课程体系。不但在体育教学中不断的创新与内容多元化,而且在课外体育模块中不断地发展与突破,教学改革的实施与课外活动的多元化发展相互扶持使我校在教学比赛和课外活动及校内外比赛都获得了比较大的突破。At the National Ideological and Political Conference of Colleges and Universities, the General Secretary stressed that to do a good job in ideological and political work in colleges and universities, we should make good use of the main channel of classroom teaching. Ideological and political theory courses should be strengthened through improvement, enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education, and meet the needs and expectations of students’ growth and development. Other courses should keep a good channel and cultivate a good field of responsibility, so that all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses go hand in hand, Create synergy. "Exercise for an hour every day, work healthily for 50 years, and live a happy life". The concept of lifelong sports is not only the way for students to achieve all-round development, but also the basis for the formation of a diversified sports culture in society. According to the requirements of the Basic Standards for Physical Education in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, in order to incorporate extracurricular sports activities into the school’s teaching plan, students are organized to participate in extracurricular physical exercises at least three times a week to ensure that students have one hour of physical activity every day. Based on years of teaching and extracurricular activities, the Physical Education Teaching and Research Office of the Basic Courses Teaching Department of Shandong Agricultural Engineering College, through continuous reform and research, has found out a set of physical education curriculum system suitable for multi campus running and agricultural characteristics of our school. Not only in the physical education teaching, but also in the extracurricular sports module, the implementation of teaching reform and the diversified development of extracurricular activities support each other.
